After the year of Fauvism, we exhibit 80 of the finest lyric paintings of the French artist Joël POMMOT.

Since 1968, Joël POMMOT spent 2 years at the Boulle School, and 5 more years spent at the Beaux-Arts in Paris in 5 workshops learning different techniques. Student of BERTHOLLE, and later of Etienne MARTIN, Joël POMMOT is one of the last great masters of lyric painting.

Since then, Joël teaches, paints and creates monumental fresco's.

He wins several awards, and organises exhibits in Paris, Luxembourg, London, Prague, Tokyo, Dubai...

Recent works of Joël POMMOT, paintings, pastels and drawings are mainly based on huge epic battles but also on spectacular festivals in sumptuous palaces or in the open countryside referring to Delacroix.

His painting is vivid, vibrant, brilliant, subjective...
